How much do shirts cost? The shirt cost varies from order to order. It depends on the garment style, quantity ordered, number of print locations and number of colors used. Size of print will not affect the price. There are quantity discounts at 24, 48, 100, 200, 500, 1000+. For an accurate quote please give us a call at 518-272-0586.

Is there a minimum order? Yes, a 12 piece minimum for screen printing &  12 piece minimum for embroidery.

What is the turnaround time? Within 2 weeks of Confirming sizes & art approval. 

What other services do you offer? We screen print, embroider and print banners.

 

What do I need for artwork? We can create a design for you and we can also use your artwork. We use AI, PSD, TIF, and EPS files. Also make sure to include the font names. If colors need to be separated then there may be a small art fee. You will be quoted before any work is done. Please feel free to call or email us if you have any questions on the artwork or need further explanation.

Do you have screen fees? Most of the time they are included in the price. But if we have to resize or change something then we would need to add screen fees. But we would let you know ahead of time.

Do you have setup charges? Not on the initial order, but if there are add ons after we finish your order and have to reset we have to charge because of the time it takes.

Can you ship orders? Yes, we use ups ground unless otherwise specified.

What is your return policy?  Since the apparel is custom printed, All Sales Final, No refunds.
